Article Excerpt According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the fastest growing city in South Dakota was Harrisburg located in Lincoln County. Harrisburg added an estimated 401 people between July 1, 2004 and July 1, 2005 for a growth rate of 27.2 percent. Among the top ten cities with the fastest growth rate, four were located in Lincoln County, three were in Minnehaha County, and one each in Charles Mix, Union and Pennington Counties.
Between July 1, 2004 and July 1, 2005, Sioux Falls had the largest numerical increase in population with 2,938 persons....
