USDA released its semiannual regulatory agenda, which provided a summary description of significant and not significant regulations being developed in conformance with Regulatory Planning and Review. The agenda also describes regulations affecting small entities, as well as identifies regulatory actions that are being reviewed. USDA attempted to list all regulations and regulatory reviews pending at the time of publication (Dec. 11, 2006) except for minor and routine or repetitive actions.
