I approached a member of staff who was sitting at her desk. I explained my requirements, and was passed over to a colleague who specialised in cruises.

At the other desk the specialist was too busy with paperwork, but another colleague intervened offering help, saying she also specialised in cruises.

We sat down, and I was offered tea or coffee. This agent was friendly and seemed interested in my enquiry.

She checked availability with Ocean Village, but they were full, so she tried Norwegian Cruise Lines. They had availability so she outlined an itinerary with me. The agent did not go into too much detail about the ship facilities or the cabins, but did give me a brochure.
