Continental Micronesia serves the western Pacific from Guam, and regional carrier ExpressJet (operating as Continental Express) serves about 150 US cities. Continental extends its network as a member of the SkyTeam global marketing and code-sharing alliance, which also includes is a member of code-shares to overseas destinations with airlines such as Air France, Alitalia, KLM, and Northwest Airlines. It is reportedly in talks with United Airlines' parent UAL Corp. about a possible merger.

Shares were down 4% as the airline faces lawsuit.
