Wilon Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WLON - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=wlon.pk ) Wilon Resources, Inc., an energy company engaged in the production of natural gas, is pleased to update shareholders on corporate developments over the past six months. Along with this, the Company would like to deliver their 2007 drilling and production forecasts.

During 2006, the Company's production and revenue suffered due to a partial interruption in the delivery of its natural gas. In September 2006, the Company announced an agreement for the transmission of their natural gas production through an interstate pipeline owned by Tennessee Gas Pipeline, an El Paso Natural Gas Company. To prepare for delivery to the El Paso subsidiary, the construction of a connecting pipeline has been commenced. Subsequently, the Company received notification from Columbia Gas Transmission that they would again accept delivery of the Company's natural gas production. This now gives the Company two viable options for delivery of its natural gas.

Earlier this month, the Company filed a Form 10SB to become a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This is an extremely important step for the Company's shareholders and the investment community as they will now be able to follow the Company's financial performance through quarterly and annual filings. The Form 10SB is also a pivotal step in preparation for the Company's application for listing on a major stock exchange, which will be filed at a later date in 2007.

Also this month, the Company announced a $12 million drilling program. The program calls for the drilling of 23 wells over the next six months. The Company has commenced drilling as a part of this program and has 3 wells in various stages. These...
