As sports fans, we somehow feel it's a basic right to complain.

You know, like Bears fans grousing about that lousy quarterback who's led the team to 2 losses and only 13 wins.

Fortunately, the bellyaching hasn't completely trickled down to the high school level. And really, what is there to complain about? Especially in our area.

In 2006, we were blessed with one of the most exciting and eventful years in memory.

Our little Tri-Cities region was a sparkling light on the state map.

We were a lucky crowd.
