Annis - Dale E. Annis, 61, of Portland, formerly of the Lane County area, died Dec. 25. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rolling Hills Community Church, Tualatin. Arrangements by Cornwell Colonial Chapel, Wilsonville.
