RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Southern Equipment Company, Inc. d/b/a Ready Mixed Concrete Company (the "Company"), announced today that its previously-announced tender offer and consent solicitation related to its 9-1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 201 2 (CUSIP No. 74963WAA7 and ISIN No. US74963WAA71) (the "Notes") expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on December 15, 2006 (the "Expiration Date").
