Article Excerpt SHIPMENTS OF STEEL and aluminum products from U.S. service centers declined in September, while inventories of both metals rose and inventory-to-sales ratios deteriorated, according to the latest Metals Activity Report issued by the Metals Service Center Institute, Rolling Meadows, Ill.
