Consulier Engineering (NASDAQ:CSLR) has designs on all sorts of markets. Consulier's subsidiary, Patient Care Technology Systems (PCTS), provides medical software for hospital emergency departments, including passive tracking technologies for emergency departments and operating rooms. Consulier also has a 40% interest in environmentally safe products maker BioSafe Systems, which develops alternatives to traditionally toxic pesticides. Warren Mosler owns nearly 83% of Consulier Engineering, which he formed in 1985.

Shares were down 9% on heavier than normal volume.
