LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- American Utilicraft Corporation (OTC: AMUC) -- Metalcraft Technologies, Inc. (MTI) and American Utilicraft Corporation have entered into an Aircraft Sub-Assembly Manufacturing Agreement for the manufacture of the fuselage and empennage sub-assemblies for the Prototype, First Article and the first 528 Production FF-1080 aircraft.

As a result, construction of the center fuselage section for the Prototype FF-1080 aircraft is expected to begin by mid November of this year.

Both companies are conducting on-going comprehensive meetings finalizing construction and production details for the Prototype aircraft assemblies.
