A Missouri man arrested by Algonquin police last week after a string of bizarre confrontations with female motorists died Sunday while in custody at the McHenry County jail.

An autopsy performed Monday showed Nasser Missaghian, 52, of Kansas City died as a result of peptic ulcer disease, a previously undiagnosed medical condition that caused the inner wall of his stomach to erode, allowing gastric contents to pour into his abdomen....
