AntOro Resources Inc. (TSX.ORE.V) has been incorporated under the Canadian Business Corporations Act on March 31st 1995 and its statutes were modified on February 7th 1996 to change its social name to Ressources Antoro inc./ Antoro Resources Inc. The activities of the society consist of acquiring, exploring and developing mining properties.

Originally, AntOro concentrated its efforts on Quebec properties and on two advanced mining properties in Colombia, South America. The society invested more than 1 170 000$ to acquire and explore these properties in 1996 and 1997. At the end of 1997 the company abandoned these properties.

Since the end of 1999, the society activities have essentially concentrated on acquisition and exploration of mining properties located in Quebec and Ontario provinces.

The society owns three subsidiaries: Corjor Resources Inc., Comina Resources Inc. and Suomi Kultor Resources Inc. The share capital of the company is constituted of an unlimited number of...
