The Rolling-Meadows based Northwest Suburban Alliance for Commerce and Industry is on the verge of dissolving, although a remote possibility exists an alliance could be formed with another major business group to stay afloat.

The Northwest Suburban Alliance - which marked its 30th anniversary this year as a regional business organization - will hold a special board meeting today to decide its future.
