If it's not an offensive lineman out, it's a receiver still not back. As soon as a couple of defensive linemen return, a cornerback is added to the injury list.

And now it's a special teams standout lost to 24th-ranked Oregon as the Ducks prepare to host Washington on Saturday.

Andiel Brown, who made a strong claim to the job of returning punts for the Ducks on Saturday against Portland State, suffered a broken bone in his left hand during the second half, though he continued to play.

Brown will be out a minimum of two games, and then `will play with a splint or cast of some type' on the hand, UO coach Mike Bellotti said during his Sunday teleconference.

The punt returner will now be Jeremiah Johnson, Patrick Chung...
