Urex Energy Corporation (OTCBB: URXE - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=URXE.OB ) Urex Energy Corporation (the "Company" or "Urex") (OTCBB: URXE - News) today outlined design details of a seismic refraction survey which is to be completed over the Company's 99.8% owned Rio Chubut Uranium Project located in Patagonia in Southern Argentina. The seismic survey is configured to detect uranium-bearing river channels 150 meters below surface in preparation of drilling.

The Seismic Refraction Tomography technique uses a low impact seismic energy source to emit energy into the earth and then, with geophone arrays, detects the refractive energy from the target buried paleo-channel. Using RAYFRACT software, the data collected is processed and profile cross-sections are developed which outline the position of old buried river channels. These channels in the geologic environment acted as collectors and preferentially caused uranium to be deposited.

The seismic survey will be conducted on Urex's claims immediately adjacent to Comision Nacional de Energia Atomica's ("CNEA") Cerro Solo Uranium Deposit. Seismic arrays will be aligned in an east west direction both north and south of the Cerro Solo...
