Grilled Duck is a game-day question-and-answer session with a member of the Oregon football team. Today's installment features running back Chris Vincent, a 6-foot-1, 230-pound senior from Philadelphia.

Question: First of all, you've been dealing with a bruised left foot this fall. How is it heading into the ASU game?

Answer: About 85 percent. It was a pain issue. I almost had a stress fracture, but we caught it before the bone actually cracked, the day before Stanford (Oregon's opening opponent, Sept. 2). The only way for it to get healthy is to stay off of it. So I was just taking mental reps, and doing pool workouts to try and stay in shape. That was about it. But I'm headed in the right direction, where at least I can practice....
