It's a daunting enough task to take on a five-time defending state champion. But when that team has an edge to it, that spells even more trouble.

Driscoll, still smarting from last week's conference loss to Marian Central that snapped a 23-game winning streak, took it to Aurora Central Catholic early and often Friday night in Aurora.

The Highlanders scored touchdowns on their fist six possessions and led 42-0 midway through the second quarter. Driscoll then coasted to a 42-6 victory to move to 5-1 overall and 3-1 in SCC play.
