JACKSON -- The model for success in entrepreneurship is to find a niche and work aggressively to fill it. Jarrett Aiken has taken that strategy to a higher level. Rather than a niche, Aiken feels he's discovered a chasm. And, he feels a calling to fill that gap. He's a man on a mission.

"There is relatively little affordable, quality housing for the middle class," said Aiken, founder of the Reliable umbrella of businesses.
