COLLEGE FOOTBALL 2006

CORVALLIS - There were some silver linings in those dark clouds that hovered over the Oregon State football team's offense last season.

Yvenson Bernard, now a junior tailback, rushed for 1,321 yards and 13 touchdowns.

The then-junior quarterback, Matt Moore, passed for 2,711 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Alexis Serna kicked 23 field goals and 32-of-32 extra points en route to the Lou Groza Award as the nation's best college placekicker as a sophomore.

And, of course, split end Mike Hass capped his career of 220 receptions for 3,924 yards and 20 touchdowns with 90 catches for 1,532 yards and six touchdowns as a senior and was named top collegiate receiver.
