Oregon's new "Code of ConDUCKt," aimed at curbing unruly football fans at Autzen Stadium, only deals with the symptoms of a problem.

The problem is alcohol.

And yet the issue of excessive drinking wasn't mentioned once in Oregon's news release last week, probably because Oregon really doesn't want to deal with that.
