When Trammell Crow, a national commercial real estate powerhouse, exited the Jackson market in 1992, commercial Realtor Phillip Carpenter, CCIM, seized the opportunity to take over leasing and management duties of their two business parks by opening Carpenter Properties, a commercial brokerage and property management company serving metro Jackson.
Since then, Carpenter has become a mainstay in commercial real estate dealings in the tri-county area, working with clients such as Dupont, International Paper, Mississippi Baptist Health Systems, State Farm Insurance Company and Union Planters Bank (now Regions Bank).
