Those were the sentiments which pushed Stayton's Jared Swehosky, of the Salem Track Club, to an overwhelming victory in the Young Men's (17-18) 5,000-meter racewalk at Hayward Field on Wednesday.

It was Swehosky's second national title in two days of competition at the USA National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships. He won the 2,000-meter steeplechase on Tuesday.
