A lesbian couple whose daughter was denied admittance at O'Hara Catholic School last summer filed a discrimination lawsuit Wednesday in Lane County Circuit Court.

Lee Inkmann, along with her partner, Trish Wilson, claims that the denial occurred because they are gay.
