General Star expands health care program

CHICAGO-General Star Management Co., a subsidiary of General Reinsurance Corp., has expanded its miscellaneous health care facilities liability program by making it available to medical spas.

The program is available to medical spas that focus on cosmetic, complementary and alternative therapies, or preventative and wellness therapies. It offers professional and general liability coverages as well as coverage for medical director's administrative duties and medical spa clinical work. Coverage is available on a nonadmitted basis in all states, excluding Connecticut.
