PROVO, Utah - Oregon put the finishing touches on its NCAA traveling squad with a businesslike approach to the West Regional Track & Field Championships before an estimated crowd of 2,500 at BYU's Robison Track Complex on Saturday.

The Ducks added two individual titles - senior Eric Mitchum in the 110-meter high hurdles and freshman Rebekah Noble in the 800 - and they also welcomed a series of solid performances that should provide ample momentum heading into the national meet, June 7-10, in Sacramento.

`It was a pretty successful weekend for Oregon,' said senior sprinter Matt Scherer. `I think both teams will be well-represented at nationals.'
