John Kitzhaber thought about seeking a third term as Oregon governor earlier this year, but decided he had better things to do - such as lead a revolution.

Kitzhaber, who served as governor from 1995 to 2002, decided he should instead focus his energies on reforming the way health care is delivered in Oregon and the United States.
