This affordable program features a targeted survey tool that assesses an organization's business goals, objectives, operating requirements and resources. Survey results will be combined with a customized, strategic planning process enabling managers to identify and understand specific opportunities to create IT strategies supporting key business goals. In particular the program's process enables participating managers to identify where and how IT applications can be implemented to achieve greater efficiencies and quality of care.
