PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local DUBAI TECHNOLOGY, E-COMMERCE & MEDIA FREE ZONE AUTHORITY (TECOM) recently awarded its final construction contract to Kuwait-based AL-AHMADIAH CONTRACTING & TRADING CO. regarding its Jumeirah Beach residence development project.

According to the terms of the award, AL-AHMADIAH will be responsible for building 5 residential towers ranging in height between 25 and 44 storeys. The cost to complete the project, within 22 months, has been pegged at $163,000,000.

AL-AHMADIAH employs a total staff of about 2,500 engaged in civil engineering and contracting works.
