Kemal, 4 years old, and his 2-year-old brother J.J. are seen for well child visits.

History

Mother states there have been no illnesses since their last visit. She reports that the boys are eating well, sleeping well, and seem to enjoy daycare. The family history is positive for hypertension and stroke in the maternal grandparents, and one paternal aunt had breast cancer. The family lives in a two bedroom home with the two boys and their 3-month-old sister. Both parents work and the family receives WIC and has insurance for the children. The boys are up to date on immunizations but have not yet had influenza vaccine.
