KOSCIUSKO -- Few merchants these days receive kudos for merchandise quality and value and customer satisfaction. But Leonard's in downtown Kosciusko is clearly an exception.
"As far as Leonard's is concerned, I always feel so good when I go in the front door and Allen or Tom ... or some of the ladies greet you as if you are the only customer they have had all day, even though they probably know exactly how much they are going to get out of this 'poor, old gal!' Ha, ha! Yet, they treat me as if I have millions," said Emily Morris of Kosciusko.
Not bad for a clothier in business for more than a century, especially one located off the beaten path in rural Mississippi.
