JACKSON -- Ed Cupstid often goes outside his normal accountabilities to enhance business operations for Cellular South.

As Cellular South's billing manager, Cupstid recently took the initiative to develop an advanced rate plan analysis tool for the company's corporate business accounts. This automated tool has proved to be a benefit to sales employees and customer has helped retain customers and gain new ones.

"It not only show the cost savings for new customers by switching to Cellular South, but it's very important for customer retention," explained Jim Richmond, Cellular South director of corporate sales.
