ATLANTA -- SmartVideo Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SMVD) today announced their first to market "retail value enhancement program" (RVEP), utilizing the Company's wireless television services. The "Brick and Mortar" retail model features the presentation of live television and video on-demand (VOD) services delivered over wireless IP to cell phones, PDAs and laptops; bundled, presented and sold at retail. The Company plans to roll out an individually skewed plastic card "Hang Tag" that provides instant activation of the robust live and VOD worldwide television services SmartVideo provides.
