BELLEVUE, Wash. -- SCOLR, Inc. (AMEX:DDD) announced today that Company's name change to SCOLR Pharma, Inc. is effective as of 12:01 A.M., July 31st, as approved by its stockholders at its Annual Meeting on Friday, June 25, 2004. The Company's stock will continue to trade under the Amex symbol "DDD."
