I would like to respond to Bill Hall's article in the last issue of COUNTRYSIDE. I was undecided as to whether I wanted to tackle trying to convince the disparagers and those brain-washed into believing that continually popping expensive prescription pills and cutting out body parts is the only safe way to practice healthcare. Am I even qualified to take on such a formidable task? However, if just one child or one person or one animal is relieved of pain or other health issues by the use of this unique and affordable method of healthcare like every member of my family has been, then it is not only my responsibility, but also my duty to try. I just wish I had known about it when I or even my children were much younger! This form of medication is so appropriate to the homesteading way of life and many of the values expressed by COUNTRYSIDE readers that it should not be dismissed as mere "placebo."
