DALLAS -- Natural Health Trends Corp. (NASDAQ: BHIP) announced today that it has not filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") by the close of business on April 17, 2006, as required by SEC and NASDAQ rules and regulations. The Company has been unable to complete its financial statements, and the audit of those financial statements.
