Wal-Mart is seeking to expand its store at 1040 Green Acres Road to include the property now occupied by GI Joe's at 1030 Green Acres Road, GI Joe's chief executive, Norm Daniels said Thursday.

But Daniels said his company wants to continue operating in the Delta Oaks area and signed a new, 15-year lease in January. So a Wal-Mart expansion would require the construction of a new GI Joe's store, probably by shifting one or more other Delta Oaks businesses....
