NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings has revised Baltimore Gas & Electric Co.'s (BGE) Rating Outlook to Negative from Stable. Fitch has also affirmed the ratings of BGE's corporate parent, Constellation Energy Group (CEG) and maintained its Stable Rating Outlook.

Fitch has revised the Outlook on the following ratings of Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. to Negative:

-- Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of 'A-';

-- First-mortgage bonds of 'A+';

-- Medium-term notes of 'A';

-- Unsecured pollution control revenue bonds of 'A';

-- Preferred stock of 'A-';

-- Commercial paper of 'F1'.
