Clarence Davis

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Feb. 28 for Clarence "Bud" Davis of Eugene, who died Feb. 24 of lung cancer. He was 91.

He was born Oct. 17, 1914, in Belt, Mont., to Richard and Adele Fischer Davis. He married Thelma Murray in Southgate, Calif., on June 13, 1938.

Davis was educated in Montana, Oregon and California. He was discharged from the California State Guard in April 1946. He worked as a foreman for Jurgensen Steel and as a mechanical engineer at Ameron. He lived in Southgate and Vista, Calif., before moving...
