After a year of house-hunting for his young family, Peter O'Rahilly had heard just about every sales pitch possible.

But something about Jay Stream rang true.

"He was extremely honest," O'Rahilly said of the late Carol Stream developer who sold him his house. "Forty-six years later, we're still living in the same house."
