Under the terms of the agreement, Maletis will be the Company's exclusive distributor of the products in the greater metropolitan area of Portland including all of Multnomah, Washington, Yamhill, Columbia, Marion and Polk Counties in Oregon as well as Clark and Cowlitz Counties in the state of Washington.
