Oregon recruit Joevan Catron of Thornton High School in Harvey, Ill., is expected to return to action soon after missing three games in the past two weeks with a deep thigh bruise.

Prior to the injury, Catron averaged 19.2 points and 11.9 rebounds. Though at 6-feet-6 he's usually going against taller players in the post, Catron is considered one of the top inside players in the state of Illinois.

`There's no one player who can guard him,' Thornton coach Troy Jackson told the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper. `You have to double- and triple-team him.'
