Article Excerpt A new company, owned by affiliates of two private-equity firms--SUN CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. and New York-based EG CAPITAL GROUP, LLC--has agreed to purchase some Canadian grocery assets from KRAFT CANADA INC., a Toronto-based unit of KRAFT FOODS INC., a unit of ALTRIA GROUP, INC. The newly-formed company is expected to be named CANGRO FOODS.
