Don Clark's interest in law and government came quite naturally. Clark's paternal grandfather was a noted trial lawyer in Wayne County, and his uncle was a lawyer and judge. His maternal grandfather was a Wayne County supervisor, so it seemed a career in law or politics was inevitable.
"Even as a young man, I was interested in government, politics and a good argument," Clark said. "There was never any doubt 1 was going to law school."
