Article Excerpt The Mark, a 33-story residential high-rise building going up in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego, is reaching new heights in sales and construction levels. Sales of luxury condominium homes at the $155-million mixed-use project at Market Street and Eighth Avenue have already passed the 70 percent point, said Peggy O'Connell, vice president of sales and marketing for The Mark.
O'Connell reports that 158 of the 200 released residential units are now reserved at The Mark, which is comprised of 220 one- and two-bedroom condominiums, 13 penthouse suites and 11 walk-up brick town homes. Ranging in size from 744 to 1,950 square feet, prices currently are starting from the $400,000s and go upwards of $2.1 million.
