PONTIAC - On a day several of the legends in West Aurora basketball were honored at the 75th annual Pontiac Holiday Tournament, the current group of Blackhawks came up a little short in their bid to bring home the tournament championship.

Foul trouble, bench play and 3-point shooting were among the deciding factors in a 61-56 loss to Warren in the tournament semifinals Friday afternoon, West Aurora's first loss after 9 wins to start the year.

The Blackhawks (10-1) rebounded in the third-place game, beating Curie 73-53. T.J. Marion led three West Aurora players in double figures with 18 points.
