EAGAN, Minn., Dec. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The 70,000 Minnesotans who have signed up for Medicare Part D through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota (Blue Cross) can begin their prescription drug coverage on January 1, 2006, when the most significant change to Medicare in its 40-year history rolls out.
