Article Excerpt Westchester's urban condominium market continues to heat up with the start of marketing for a project in Yonkers, brisk sales at another development under construction in New Rochelle, and plans for several more condos advancing in White Plains.
Loewen Development of Larchmont is selling 15 loft condos it has completed in downtown Yonkers, at 25 North Broadway: The project, called Broadway Lofts, will offer buyers one- and two-bedroom units with ceilings as high as 16 feet, at prices from $255,000 to $315,000. Those are below the median price for a condominium in Westchester, which reached $359,000 during the second quarter.
