The third quarter statements present a loss of C$ 40,940,000 for the nine months, which includes a provision for a net impairment charge of C$ 35,651,000, recorded in June, due to the confiscation of the Liman Block License in Kazakhstan. As previously mentioned the Company understands that the license is now with its original owner, Aral Petroleum, but does not yet have clear written confirmation from the Ministry of this fact.
