Police are asking for help finding the driver of a car falsely marked as a state police vehicle.

A light green sedan marked "state trooper" pulled up to a 34-year-old woman as she jogged near Harlow Road in Eugene last Wednesday, Eugene police Sgt. Scott McKee said.
